The major purpose is to transform the area into art since art has an emotional impact on people. Preen, Inc. is a company that bends magic into realism in order to deepen reality, evolving consciousness, and study it.
1- Akasha
Akasha was the country’s greenest restaurant at the time it was created. Akasha was the first restaurant in the United States to use no incandescent lighting, and it was designed to fulfill the LEED gold standard.
2- Tesse
Tesse is a sleek, laidback, and earthy LA outpost that serves a modern spin on French classics as well as the best of California’s richness. The restaurant, which was created in collaboration with Fred Segal, is envisioned as the darker, wilder counterpart to the clothing brand’s iconic SoCal Americana.

3- Buho Waikiki
Bho Cocina & Cantina is a 12,000-square-foot modern Mexican restaurant in Waikiki’s center. The goal was to create a fresh space that was casual enough for flip flops and to define what modern Mexican means in Hawaii today.
4- Caboco
Caboco, designed for acclaimed chefs Rodrigo Oliviera and Victor Vasconcellos, encapsulates the popular warmth and vitality of Brazil in a modernist language that is both natural to and beloved in California. It’s a story about two forms and the language that presence and absence, belly and vacancy, generate.

Piccalilli was designed to be a gateway to the joys of fusion, color, and connection. The first restaurant in the world to use architectural blacklight lighting to highlight the chef’s botanicals.
