1. Zhenshi Headquarters, Tongxiang, Zhejiang Province

Starting in 2016, B+H worked with Zhenshi Group to develop an interior design scheme for its new headquarters in Tongxiang, Zhejiang Province.

A single coherent design gesture flows from the exterior into the interior with a refined modern touch, demonstrating that this company embraces a sense of community.
2. Saic Volkswagen – Tech Management Center Phase II

Located on the Yutian Campus in the Jiading District of Shanghai, the SAIC Volkswagen Technology Management Phase II campus reflects the aspirations of this world-leading automobile manufacturer to promote and enhance innovation, foster a collaborative culture, attract the world’s top talent, and build connections with the surrounding community.

Inspired by the ancient Chinese philosophy of Yin & Yang, B+H’s design team created two ‘L-shaped’ buildings that embrace each other, symbolizing the complementary yin and yang forces in the natural world. The two buildings are connected through bridges to facilitate the movement of staff and encourage interaction within the campus.
3. Nestlé Vietnam Head Office

Nestlé is the world’s largest food and beverage company established in 1866 and is currently present in 190 countries worldwide.

Having operated in Vietnam since 1912, Nestlé knew that investing in a significant office renovation would create the opportunity to encourage creativity, attract bright young talent and improve collaboration and productivity. What challenged them was how to identify the key improvements, unique to their culture, that would reap the greatest benefits.

4. Tencent Seafront Towers

Tencent is best known for running China’s biggest messenger app, WeChat. In recent years, the company’s business has expanded into areas including video games, AI, and entertainment and has become the most valuable company in Asia.

Tencent operates in a highly innovative industry where top talent is young, dynamic and smart. The client’s vision lies in promoting its global reach and creating a vibrant and collaborative work environment that fosters innovation, sparks creativity, and inspires staff.
5. Greenland Bund Square, Shanghai

Composed of three towers, this mixed-use complex in Shanghai’s Luwan District includes commercial, office, retail, hotel, and high-end residential living and amenity spaces. Working closely with the client, we worked on the interior design for the commercial, office, and residential public spaces in addition to the show units and clubhouse.
