Scalini, Four Season Hotel, Dubai
One of the best restaurants is located in the Four Seasons Hotel, the brief for Scalini, from leading hospitality group Bulldozer, was to offer a new addition to the Dubai food scene. It was important for Bishop Design to adhere to an established knowledgeable clientele holding a wealth of experience, character and history based upon the original venue created many years previously in London.

2018 Restaurant Within a Hotel – Europe Winner
Hotel Indigo Warsaw
Hotel Indigo Warsaw is unique in that the property, although it does not appear so, is in fact a new build property combining a highly stylised intricate baroque structure that heavily contrasts with the adjoining architecturally modern buildings. It is this duality of baroque and modernity that inspired the design of the hotel. This is clearly seen in the striking lobby space where this old vs. new duality is clearly present, making it one of the best restaurants .
2018 Restaurant – Global Winner
Al Dawaar, Dubai
The brief given to LW Design was to update the restaurant and create a fresh, modern Colonial inspired seafood buffet restaurant that enhanced the unique experience of a rotating restaurant without overwhelming the space, putting this one on the list of best restaurants . Al Dawaar functions in the day and at night and the design had to create a laid-back, yet sophisticated venue was to work seamlessly from one into the other.
2018 Restaurant – Europe Winner
Kettner’s Townhouse, London
In order to retain the original Grade-II listed features, Soho House Design had to work around all the listed elements, such as cornicing, antique mirrors, the listed staircase and most floor finishes. Whilst this was essential, it was also crucial to make sure there was an upgrade to the layout and the functionality of the space to work well not only for guests, but also staff, features of the best restaurants.
