New luxury condos are coming to life in Washington, the capital of the United States. Studio HBA (Hirsch Bedner Associates) is designing new luxury condos:a new two-tower development with Fortress Development, Avenue Bellevu. The architectural project is also curated by Weber Thompson, one of the most important architecture studios in the world.
Avenue Bellevue will set a new standard for hospitality and residential design in the region, containing two new luxury condos towers with a total of 332 fine residences and 85,000 SF of high-end retail, food and nightlife – including a new restaurant from a three- Michelin-star chef. It will also be home to the Pacific Northwest’s first luxury InterContinental Hotel with 252 guest rooms, full-service spa and fitness center, meeting space and other luxury amenities.
Top brands are ready to offer their best products to these new luxury condos, made with the highest quality materials, to this project: the Italian-made cabinetry will be offered by Ernestomeda; lighting technology and shelving that are made in Italy will be curated by Antoniolupi; stainless steel appliances by the German brand Gaggenau; bathroom fixtures and showers by the Italian Gessi; and custom walk-in closet solutions by the Italian Poliform. Sales appointments will open in March 2019, while the works will probably end in mid-2019.
