1.Loews Miami Beach Hotel- Miami Beach, FL
Following a $50 million renovation, this oceanfront property is now even better. With 790 rooms, including 69 suites, some with sea views and signature restaurant Lure Fishbar, this top Miami beach hotel offers one of South Beach’s only truly oceanfront views. Guest can either entertain there selfs with an incredible fitness center and spa, an oceanfront swimming pool, and VIP SOAK Cabanas and Daybeds, including new adult-only cabanas. Simeone Deary Design Group designed this masterpiece.
2.AC Hotel- Denver, CO
Classically inspired, AC Hotel is a typical boutique hotel in a heart of Denver. This boutique hotel, designed by Simeone Deary Design Group, set standards for the luxury hospitality with lush hotel interior design, elegant restaurants, opulent banquet halls, and endlessly long bars that made them high-end options for a night on the town. Just like in the good old era of hospitality, much of AC Hotel appeal comes from architecture and interior design.
The hotel interior design scheme is updated for modern tastes, an idea from Simeone Deary Design Group — less marble, mahogany, and brass; more glass, concrete, tile and regionally sourced wood. And the front desk, the iconic greeter of guests, now plays a supporting role to bars, coffee shops, and eateries, which tend to have a more prominent presence in the lobby.
7. Loews Minneapolis- Minneapolis, MN
New York-based Loews Hotels & Resorts bought the 22-story building from local hotelier Graves Hospitality. The Loews Minneapolis Hotel is one of the most recognized hospitality spots in the Twin Cities and in 2015 pass throughout a $10-million renovation and new lobby bar concept, the Apothecary Bar & Lounge.
The most noticeable changes were the lobby. The interior design team from Chicago-based Simeone Deary Design Group, knocked out a large wall at the entrance so that when guests walk through the front door, they walk into the new Apothecary Bar. The hotel interior design inspirations were two key aspects of Minneapolis’ identity: the flour mills and water power. As for the artwork, it’s a mix of local paintings and mixed-media plaster moldings. These, along with carpets, cabinets and other elements are meant to emulate Minnesota’s topographic features, like the riverbeds. Another masterpiece from Simeone Deary Design Group.
8. The Westin Austin Downtown- Austin, TX
Open in 2015 the Westin Austin Downtown is a 19-story hotel interior design inspired by the local music scene, the hotel interior design was created by Chicago-based Simeone Deary Design Group. A 12-foot-tall custom art piece formed with charred wood blocks resembles the body of a guitar and acts as the focal point in the lobby, which features a ceiling design mimicking the cutouts of a Dobro guitar. Ballroom floors also reference prints commonly found on guitar straps, and a guitar-string-inspired staircase leads to 366 contemporary guestrooms and suites, all designed by Simeone Deary Design Group.
9. Hotel Allegro- Chicago, IL
Hotel Allegro aimed to reconnect with its own Art Deco past when the property was known as the Hotel Bismarck. Simeone Deary Design Group was responsible to create the hotel interior design project that aimed to bring back the Art Deco design to the hotel with a three-phase renovation that will update the lobby and entrance.
The first stage of the project focused on event spaces, introducing Crescendo, a former gift shop at the apex of the grand stairway that was converted into a combination lounge, meeting space and private event space and the Green Room, meeting space with a refined, study-like entrance lounge and fireplace. The second phase focused on creating a more active, flowing grand lobby decked out in period flourishes and restored fixtures. Finally, the Encore Lounge features a bar, double-sided fireplace, and lounge.
10. Rosina at The Palazzo – Las Vegas, NV
Designed by Simeone Deary Design Group, under a consulting agreement with Gensler. The Rosita Cocktail Bar and Lounge at the Palazzo Las Vegas is an elegant and luxurious cocktail retreat that embodies old-school allure with its Art Deco flair, and shimmering shades of black, pearl, gold, and rich burgundy.
Warm and opulent crystal chandeliers hang above maroon u-shaped banquettes on each side of the bar. High-top tables accented by burgundy velvet chairs placed in front of the bar and small cocktail tables paired with pearl colored leather chairs spread throughout the lounge area provide lavish yet, varied seating options for guests.
