In this extensive renovation, modern architectural elements and materials integrate within a former art-deco Masonic Temple to create a signature office space that celebrates the building’s historic character. Lead tenant CBRE’s new workspace showcases the building’s refurbished original 1920s wood trusses and double-height space, enhanced with the addition of “glass box” meeting rooms that maximize floor area and provide views into the dramatic space. A 100-percent, free-address environment offers a range of spaces for both individual and collaborative work, and a new bleacher/stair encourages congregating for co-working, client meetings and socializing.
