Itineraries
Maison et Objet features many different itineraries that you can explore according to your design needs. On January 2020, you will be able to explore ‘New exhibitor’, where all the new arrivals of the design fair meet; ‘Ateliers d’Art de France’, that develops an awareness of the role and place of fine crafts in society today, providing a place where fine craft professionals can exchange with professionals from cultural institutions, the public authorities and the general public; ‘Sustainable’, a new eco-friendly visit itinerary that showcases a curated selection of French and international exhibitors chosen by a jury of independent experts; ‘Archi Designer’, where all the out-of-the-box designs meet and ‘WORK!’, the itinerary that turns the spotlight on today’s new workplace lifestyles.
BRABBU was present last year in both the January and September edition of the event. The brand showed its wide range of products as well as its capacity to decorate every room of the house.
This year, the brand will be present on Hall 6, Stand H26-I25 with its sister brands Maison Valentina and Rug’Society! BRABBU will show some of its brand new products for the very first time ever in this event, like the WALES Bed and WALES Bench! Some of BRABBU’s less recent yet still staggering products will also shine:
Baraka is an ancient Sufi word which means ”a blessing – the breath of life -, or essence of life” from which the evolutionary process unfolds. Charismatic by its never-ending contrasts between ancient and contemporary lines, BARAKA Bedside Table main body is made in matte walnut root veneer and covered with nature-inspired brass detail. Its base is made in matte vintage brass, and the interior covered in bird’s eye wood veneer. This sideboard is a fierce choice for any dining or living room.
Nanook is the master of bears, the one who decides the luck of the hunters in the Arctic regions. NANOOK Dining Chair blends the beauty and grandiosity of this animal. This dining room chair has a strong presence balanced with the elegance given by golden nailhead trim and the button detailing on the inner back.
With origins in France, the House of Bourbon was a dynasty known for its class and splendour. BOURBON Dining Chair embodies this grandeur through its button-tufted inner back, rich cotton velvet and ash with walnut stain legs. This fabric chair makes up any refined dining room design.
Huli is a tribe from Papua New Guinea known for painting their faces yellow, red and white to impress the enemy. This ritual was the inspiration behind HULI Round Mirror, made of matte casted brass. More than a wall mirror, it is a decorative item that will shine any wall.
Stay tuned for more information on this magnificent event. More will follow!
