The 37-year-old firm, led by designer duo George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg, marks the presence in India through the launched of their second Yabu Pushelberg hotel and private residential project in Bengaluru. Four Seasons second hotel and the private residences project in Bengaluru will be launch in association with the Embassy Group and will have a unique hospitality design concept that mixed-use development featuring commercial office space and premium retail outlets.
Opening Early 2019, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru rising in the center of the landmark Embassy ONE development at the heart of India’s high-tech capital. The place couldn’t be more iconic Bengaluru’s innovative, entrepreneurial and cosmopolitan spirit.
The property will mark the brand’s second hotel in India, joining Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai that demonstrated the natural warmth and hospitality of India, a culture that matches Four Seasons perfectly.
International design firm Yabu Pushelberg, known for its work at marquee hotels like the Four Seasons in Toronto and the W in New York is responsible for design the 230 guestroom suites, meanwhile Dallas-based HKS Architects and Studio u+a—a multidisciplinary firm with offices in Bengaluru and Haryana, India, as well as studios in New York and London—are designing the architecture.
For the hospitality design concept at Four Seasons projects in Bengaluru the design firm aim is not to do only luxury projects, but to work on design-driven projects that transcend pre-conceived notions of how luxury is defined. Yabu Pushelberg hotel doesn’t want to regurgitate old ideas into new projects the main idea is to design projects that come with interesting challenges.
From the Hotel’s vibrant three dining outlets, lobby lounge, and an Asian brasserie and bar -which will be designed by LW Design Group- guest will lose themselves for a few moments.
Guests and residents will also have access to a relaxing spa and salon next to our poolside waterfall or maintain they personal edge at our high-tech fitness center.
