Josh Held Design<\/strong><\/em><\/span>, based in New York City<\/a>, has been in the business for over 15 years with the sole mission of evolving the designed environment and how it is experienced. The\u00a0full-service design agency creates and reinvents hospitality design<\/a> and has amassed a collection of work focused on Hotels, Casinos, Nightclubs, Restaurants, Theaters, Retail, and Residential.\u00a0 Due to cumulative experience and knowledge, Josh made it possible to work with an ever-expanding roster of clients and evolve the state of hospitality design<\/a>, while providing a more personal and direct relationship between the client and designer.<\/p>\n

Over the years, Josh Held Design created projects nationally and internationally including New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Chicago, Palm Springs, Atlantic City, Singapore and Dubai. Their most recent design work includes the renovation of the W Hotel Times Square, Dream Hotel Downtown and Midtown New York, and a new nightclub at Borgata Atlantic City.<\/p>\n

After receiving a Bachelor of Architecture from University of Texas at Austin in 1995, Josh moved to New York City where, within a few years, he joined the Rockwellgroup<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 He spent 11 years as a Senior Associate garnering numerous awards and nominations for projects that immersed him in all aspects of hospitality and entertainment architecture.\u00a0 It was during those years that Josh mastered his ability to bring concepts of any size to the physical world while maintaining an exceptional level of custom, one of a kind, detailing.<\/p>\n

Prior to founding Josh Held Design, Josh was a Senior Associate at Zeff Design where, among other things, he lead the design team responsible for the 2 million square foot expansion of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas which was completed in 2010 and included two new hotel towers and a 40,000 square foot casino.<\/p>\n
