One of the most expected\u00a0design events\u00a0among the\u00a0bathroom design lovers \u2013 Cersaie 2019<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/span> \u2013 is\u00a0taking place in\u00a0Bologna (Italy) on\u00a0September 23-27th! It will open its doors to more than 900 exhibitors from 40 different countries. The world\u2019s biggest international exhibition of ceramic tiles and\u00a0bathroom furnishings<\/strong><\/em><\/a>\u00a0will show the latest products and\u00a0 hotel\u00a0<\/strong>b<\/em>athroom design trends<\/strong><\/em><\/a>! The event will also\u00a0will include training courses and a variety of social and networking events. Also known as the International Exhibition of Ceramics for Architecture and Bathroom Furnishings<\/em><\/span><\/a>, this design fair is promoted by Confindustria Ceramica<\/em> in collaboration with Boognafiere spa<\/em>, and organized by EDI.CER. spa \u2013 Soc. Unipersonale<\/em>.<\/p>\n

From bespoke surface designs, ceramics, and other high-quality materials, to the ultimate bathroom furniture and inspiration<\/em>, Cersaie 2019<\/strong><\/em> is everything you need to get you started with your luxury\u00a0hotel bathroom decor<\/strong><\/em><\/a>. The latest hospitality bathroom design trends<\/a> will be presented in eighteen pavilions and the entire range of products in the sector will be covered: large ceramic slabs, tiles in every format, wallpapers, wooden floors, bathroom furnishings, showers, saunas, bathtubs, taps, and designer bathroom fixtures.<\/p>\n

Cersaie 2019<\/strong><\/em> will be held in two pavilions that correspond to a total of 33,000 square meters space, in which natural light enhances large spaces creating a single large exhibition area of \u200b\u200bgreat beauty, located between the two entrances most used by visitors. Bathroom furnishings, taps, sanitary ware, bathtubs, shower stalls, and heated towel rails<\/em> from over 180 of the most representative luxury design companies<\/strong><\/em> will be seen in this marvelous space.<\/p>\n

Themed Exhibition<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

For this year themed exhibition the Cersaie 2019 organization team has chosen the most famous personalities throughout history. A series of bathrooms inspired by personalities from various fields<\/em> (art, culture, science, music or cinema), from the classical era to these days, will be displayed in this exhibition (from The Beatles to Sigmund Freud, from Coco Chanel to Piet Mondrian and from Le Corbusier to Maria Callas). Presented in Hall 30, this inspiring themed exhibition will bring a valuable vision to the contest.<\/p>\n

Cersaie\u2019s ADI Ceramics & Bathroom Design Award<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

This award was created in collaboration with ADI (Association for Industrial Design) with the goal to distinguish the most innovative Italian Designproducts from different categories, for example, ceramic tile, bathroom furniture or surface designs. The bespoke products represent a pre-selection for the ADI Design Index 2020<\/strong><\/em>, an annual publication of the ADI Association for Industrial Design, which brings together the best Italian design<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

The announcement of the ADI Ceramics & Bathroom Design Award<\/strong><\/em> will take place on September 25th, 2.30pm at Cersaie\u2019s Famous Bathrooms exhibition \u2013 Hall 30. This year the jury<\/em> is composed of Valentina Downey, a product and strategic designer, Silvia Stanzani, member of the ADI Emilia Romagna delegation, and Oscar G. Colli, the former director of marketing and new products of the Publishing House.<\/p>\n
