Studio HBA (Hirsch Bedner Associates) is designing <em><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/brabbucontract.com\/inspirations-and-ideas\/interior-design\/100-must-see-hotel-style-bathroom-ideas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new luxury condos<\/a><\/strong><\/em>:a new two-tower development with Fortress Development, Avenue Bellevu. It will also be home to the Pacific Northwest\u2019s first luxury InterContinental Hotel with 252 guest rooms, full-service spa and fitness center, meeting space and other luxury amenities.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/brabbucontract.com\/inspirations-and-ideas\/interior-design\/areen-design-discover-the-four-points-by-sheraton-hurlingham\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4270\" src=\"http:\/\/brabbucontract.com\/inspirations-and-ideas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/HBA-Avenue-Bellavue-Interior.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"825\" height=\"453\" srcset=\"https:\/\/brabbucontract.com\/inspirations-and-ideas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/HBA-Avenue-Bellavue-Interior.jpg 825w, https:\/\/brabbucontract.com\/inspirations-and-ideas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/HBA-Avenue-Bellavue-Interior-300x165.jpg 300w, https:\/\/brabbucontract.com\/inspirations-and-ideas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/HBA-Avenue-Bellavue-Interior-768x422.jpg 768w, https:\/\/brabbucontract.com\/inspirations-and-ideas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/HBA-Avenue-Bellavue-Interior-552x303.jpg 552w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 825px) 100vw, 825px\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Top brands are ready to offer their best products to these <em><strong>new luxury condos<\/strong><\/em>, made with the highest quality materials, to this project: the Italian-made cabinetry will be offered by Ernestomeda; lighting technology and shelving that are made in Italy will be curated by Antoniolupi; stainless steel appliances by the German brand Gaggenau; bathroom fixtures and showers by the Italian Gessi; and custom walk-in closet solutions by the Italian Poliform.
