Following a $50 million renovation, this oceanfront property is now even better. With 790 rooms, including 69 suites, some with sea views and signature restaurant\u00a0\u00a0Lure Fishbar,\u00a0this top\u00a0Miami beach hotel offers one of South Beach\u2019s only truly oceanfront views. Guest can either entertain\u00a0there selfs with an incredible fitness center and spa, an oceanfront swimming pool, and VIP\u00a0SOAK Cabanas and Daybeds, including new adult-only cabanas. Simeone Deary Design Group designed this masterpiece.<\/p>\n

Classically inspired, AC Hotel is a typical\u00a0boutique hotel<\/em> in a heart of Denver. This boutique hotel<\/strong><\/em>, designed by\u00a0Simeone Deary Design Group, set standards for the luxury\u00a0hospitality<\/strong><\/em> with lush hotel interior design<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, elegant restaurants, opulent banquet halls, and endlessly long bars that made them high-end options for a night on the town.\u00a0Just like in the good old era of hospitality, much of AC Hotel appeal comes from architecture and interior design<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0hotel interior design<\/strong><\/em><\/a> scheme is updated for modern tastes, an idea from\u00a0Simeone Deary Design Group \u2014 less marble, mahogany, and brass; more glass, concrete, tile and regionally sourced wood. And the front desk, the iconic greeter of guests, now plays a supporting role to bars, coffee shops, and eateries, which tend to have a more prominent presence in the lobby.<\/p>\n

3. Le Meridien-\u00a0Denver, CO<\/h3>\n

Filled with mid-century touches and nods to French mountain chalets, the\u00a0hotel interior design<\/strong><\/em><\/a> from Simeone Deary Design Group is a stylish mixture of clean lines, eye-catching millwork that references the design of snowboards and skis, and vibrant graphics inspired by the stock patterns and textures of ski and alpine wear, an idea from Simeone Deary Design Group.
\nIn the lobby, The Lobbyist starts off as a coffee bar and transforms into a chic bar at night. However, both guests and locals are most likely to head to its seasonal, open-air rooftop bar, 54Thirty.<\/p>\n

4. The Detroit Foundation Hotel-\u00a0Detroit, MI<\/h3>\n

In 2012, the city of Detroit started exploring ideas on what to do with its old fire department headquarters. Built in 1929, the five-story neoclassical building boasted serious architectural gravitas and received a lot of attention.\u00a0Chicago-based Simeone Deary Design Group<\/strong><\/em> and local firm McIntosh Poris Associates were wired to create the Foundation Hotel.\u00a0 The overall hotel interior design<\/strong><\/em><\/a> concept was inspired by \u201ccoming home to Detroit.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brick and concrete were left exposed; original white subway tile covers the walls; historic hallways haphazardly run through some of the more than 50 different room types; the lobby features screens made of burned timbers and radiators salvaged from torn down houses and businesses; and on the side of the building, a faded mural by 92-year-old local artist Charles McGee has been preserved thanks to Simeone Deary Design Group.<\/p>\n

5. The Gwen, A Luxury Collection<\/h3>\n

The Gwen, A Luxury Collection Hotel-\u00a0Chicago, IL<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The 1930s-inspired hotel interior design<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, which debuted in September 2015, thanks to a project of\u00a0Simeone Deary Design Group, introduced a remodeled lobby, rooftop, lounge, and restaurant in May 2016. \u00a0Crafted by locally based\u00a0Simeone Deary Design Group, the Art Deco-style hotel interior design<\/strong><\/em><\/a>\u00a0drew inspiration from the glamour of hotel\u2019s namesake, sculptor Gwen Lux. Contemporary elements are woven into the history of the hotel\u2019s home, downtown Chicago\u2019s former McGraw-Hill building.
\nLux\u2019s characteristic femininity will also appear to be channeled in backlit mirrors, artistic sketching wallpaper, and splashes of peach tones alongside mossy green velvet, marble and brass pieces, and weathered river tones.<\/p>\n

6. LondonHouse Chicago-\u00a0Chicago, IL<\/h3>\n

LondonHouse Chicago hotel is a true demonstration of modern\u00a0hotel interior design<\/strong><\/em><\/a> across its 452 guestrooms and public spaces. The nearly century-old building with a new 22-story modern glass tower was harmonized with the original Art Deco fa\u00e7ade. Chicago interior design studio<\/em> Simeone Deary Design Group<\/em><\/strong> was responsible to complete the hotel interior design<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, infusing subtle jazz themes alongside the modernist d\u00e9cor inspired by the building\u2019s emergence in the 1920s.\u00a0A collection of custom artwork and unique prints curated by New York-based arts organization is featured throughout.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

7. Loews Minneapolis-\u00a0Minneapolis, MN<\/h3>\n

Loews Minneapolis-\u00a0Minneapolis, MN<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

New York-based\u00a0Loews Hotels & Resorts bought the 22-story building from local hotelier Graves Hospitality.\u00a0The Loews Minneapolis Hotel is one of the most recognized hospitality spots\u00a0in the Twin Cities and in 2015 pass throughout a $10-million renovation and new lobby bar concept,\u00a0the Apothecary Bar & Lounge.<\/p>\n

The most noticeable changes were the lobby. The interior design<\/em><\/strong> team from Chicago-based Simeone Deary Design Group<\/em><\/strong>, knocked out a large\u00a0wall at the entrance so that when guests walk through the front\u00a0door, they walk into the new Apothecary Bar.\u00a0The\u00a0hotel interior design<\/strong><\/em><\/a> inspirations were two key aspects of Minneapolis\u2019 identity: the flour mills and water power.\u00a0As for the artwork, it\u2019s a mix of local paintings\u00a0and mixed-media plaster moldings. These, along with carpets, cabinets and other elements\u00a0are meant to emulate Minnesota\u2019s topographic features, like the\u00a0riverbeds. Another masterpiece from Simeone Deary Design Group.<\/p>\n

8. The Westin Austin Downtown-\u00a0Austin, TX<\/h3>\n

The Westin Austin Downtown-\u00a0Austin, TX<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Open in 2015 the Westin Austin Downtown is a\u00a019-story\u00a0hotel interior design<\/strong><\/em><\/a> inspired by the local music scene, the hotel interior design was created by Chicago-based Simeone Deary Design Group<\/strong><\/em>. A 12-foot-tall custom art piece formed with charred wood blocks resembles the body of a guitar and acts as the focal point in the lobby, which features a ceiling design mimicking the cutouts of a Dobro guitar. Ballroom floors also reference prints commonly found on guitar straps, and a guitar-string-inspired staircase leads to 366 contemporary guestrooms and suites, all designed by Simeone Deary Design Group.<\/p>\n

9. Hotel Allegro-\u00a0Chicago, IL<\/h3>\n

Hotel Allegro<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0aimed to reconnect with its own Art Deco past when the property was known as the Hotel Bismarck. Simeone Deary Design Group<\/em><\/strong> was responsible to create the\u00a0hotel interior design<\/strong><\/em><\/a>\u00a0project that aimed to bring back the Art Deco design to the hotel with a three-phase renovation that will update the lobby and entrance.<\/p>\n

The first stage of the project focused on event spaces, introducing\u00a0Crescendo, a former gift shop at the apex of the grand stairway that was converted into a combination lounge, meeting space and private event space and the\u00a0Green Room, meeting space with a refined, study-like entrance lounge and fireplace.\u00a0The second phase focused on creating a more active, flowing grand lobby decked out in period flourishes and restored fixtures. Finally, the Encore Lounge features a bar, double-sided fireplace, and lounge.<\/p>\n

10. Rosina at The Palazzo \u2013 Las Vegas, NV<\/a>\n<\/h3>\n

Designed\u00a0by Simeone Deary Design Group<\/strong><\/em>, under a consulting agreement with\u00a0Gensler.<\/a>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>The\u00a0Rosita Cocktail Bar and Lounge<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a0the Palazzo\u00a0Las Vegas<\/a><\/strong><\/em>\u00a0is an elegant and luxurious\u00a0cocktail<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>retreat that embodies old-school allure with its\u00a0Art Deco<\/a><\/strong><\/em>\u00a0flair,\u00a0and shimmering shades of black, pearl, gold, and rich burgundy.<\/p>\n

Warm and opulent crystal chandeliers hang above maroon u-shaped banquettes on each side of the bar. High-top tables accented by burgundy\u00a0velvet chairs<\/a><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0placed in front of the bar and small\u00a0cocktail\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/a>tables\u00a0paired with pearl colored\u00a0leather chairs<\/em><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0spread throughout the\u00a0lounge area<\/a><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0provide lavish yet, varied seating options for guests.<\/p>\n
