1001 South State

1001 South State is a new residential development located in the Wabash arts corridor of Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood. The 510,000-square-foot tower includes 38 levels of apartments set atop a four-level podium with a sixth-level amenity floor. The podium includes 248 parking spaces in a naturally ventilated, open garage.

The Legacy at Millennium Park

The Legacy at Millennium Park is a 73-story residential tower rising from the heart of Chicago’s Loop. At nearly 820 feet, it has become a modern and dynamic addition to the city’s evolving skyline, while seamlessly interacting at street level with the fabric of the landmark neighborhood.

Marquee at Block 37

Located in the heart of Chicago’s theatre district, the Marquee at Block 37 is a 41-story, 691-unit luxury apartment tower built above a retail mall and subway transit line. The residential tower offers contemporary amenities that caters to residents desiring to live in this dynamic urban location.

The Paragon Chicago

The Paragon Chicago

The Paragon is a 47-story residential development located in Chicago’s South Loop. The 578,000-square-foot, 500-unit apartment tower is composed of mostly studios and one-bedroom units and includes 8,000 square feet of street level retail as well as 180 public parking spaces.
